Free Trial

Every new Driive account starts with a free trial so you can experience the full platform before committing. No credit card required — just sign up and start scheduling.


What's included

During your trial, you get full access to every Driive feature:

  • Create and manage appointment types

  • Set up booking pages and routing forms

  • Invite team members

  • Connect integrations (Google Calendar, Outlook, CompanyCam, etc.)

  • Use the calendar, kanban board, and all scheduling tools

  • Configure availability, service areas, and business hours

There are no feature restrictions during the trial. What you see is what you get when you subscribe.


Trial duration

Your trial period is displayed in the app so you always know how much time you have left. Look for the trial countdown indicator in the sidebar or on the billing page — it shows the number of days remaining.


Adding a payment method during your trial

You can add a payment method at any time during your trial — you won't be charged until the trial ends. Adding a payment method early ensures a seamless transition to a paid subscription when your trial is up.

To add a payment method:

  1. Go to Account > Billing.

  2. Click Add Payment Method or Subscribe.

  3. Enter your card details in the secure Stripe checkout.

If you add a payment method and choose a plan before your trial ends, your subscription begins automatically when the trial expires.


What happens when the trial ends

When your trial period expires:

  • With a payment method and plan selected: Your subscription activates automatically. You're charged for the first billing cycle and continue with uninterrupted access.

  • Without a payment method: Your account is locked. You can still sign in and access the billing page, but you can't create appointments, manage your schedule, or use core features.

Your data is never deleted when a trial expires. Everything you set up during the trial — appointment types, teams, contacts, integrations — is preserved and waiting for you when you subscribe.


Trial extension

In some cases, a trial extension may be available. If you need more time to evaluate Driive, reach out to our support team and let them know your situation. Extensions are handled on a case-by-case basis.


Reactivating after trial expiration

If your trial has ended and your account is locked:

  1. Go to Account > Billing.

  2. Choose a plan and add your payment method.

  3. Complete the checkout process.

Your account unlocks immediately and all your data is right where you left it.
