Cancelling Your Subscription
If Driive isn't the right fit right now, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your data stays safe, and you can come back whenever you're ready.
How to cancel
Go to Account > Billing.
Click the Manage button to open the Stripe billing portal.
Select Cancel subscription (or Cancel plan).
Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Cancellation is processed through Stripe's billing portal, which handles the timing and confirmation.
What happens after you cancel
Cancelling does not immediately revoke your access. Here's the timeline:
Access continues — You keep full access to Driive until the end of your current billing period. If you're on a monthly plan and cancel on the 10th, you have access through the end of that month. If you're on an annual plan, you have access through the end of the year.
Cancel-at date — The billing page shows your "cancel at" date — the last day of your access. After this date, your account status changes to locked.
Account locks — Once the billing period ends, your account is locked. You can still sign in and see the billing page, but you can't create appointments, manage your schedule, or use core features.
Data is preserved — Your appointment history, contacts, team setup, appointment types, integrations, and all other data are preserved indefinitely. Nothing is deleted when you cancel.
Reactivating your subscription
Changed your mind? Reactivating is simple:
Sign in to Driive.
Go to Account > Billing.
Choose a plan and complete the checkout process.
Your account unlocks immediately and everything is right where you left it — appointments, contacts, teams, and settings. You don't need to set anything up again.
Things to consider before cancelling
Switching plans instead? If cost is a concern, consider switching from monthly to annual billing for a lower rate, or deactivating team members you no longer need to reduce your seat count.
Team member impact — When your account is locked, no one on your team can use Driive. All team members lose access, not just the admin who cancelled.
Active booking pages — Your booking pages stop working when your account is locked. Customers trying to book will not be able to access the scheduling flow.
Integration connections — Integrations remain configured but stop syncing while your account is locked. When you reactivate, you may need to reauthorize some integrations.
Refunds
Driive does not issue prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after cancellation. You retain access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
