Branding Your Booking Page
Your booking page is often the first interaction a customer has with your business online. Making it look like your business — not a generic scheduling tool — builds trust and closes bookings.
Branding works page by page, with one useful default: your company identity flows down automatically. Set your logo and brand color once under Setup > Company and every booking page picks them up. Override them only on the pages that need to look different.
Design
Open a booking page and go to the Design tab.
Logo
Appears at the top of the page and through the guided request flow. Until you upload one here, the page shows your company logo and says so — "Using company logo".
Upload a page-specific logo when a page represents a distinct brand or campaign. Use company logo puts it back to inheriting.
- Recommended size: at least 200px wide
- Test it small: most booking traffic is mobile, and a logo with fine detail turns to mush
Brand Color
The primary color across the page — buttons, links, selected states. Inherits your company brand color, shown as a swatch next to "Using company brand color".
Click Customize to set a page-specific color, or Use company color to go back to inheriting. Format is a hex code (e.g. #2eba79).
Accent Color
A secondary color for highlights and accents. This one is page-specific — there's no company-level accent to inherit, so it starts at Driive's default until you change it. Reset to default brings it back.
Page Background
The background of the page. Left unset, the page uses Driive's default gradient, which suits most brands. Click Customize to set a flat background color instead — worth doing when a specific color is central to your brand and the gradient fights it.
Tip: Prioritize contrast over precision. A very light brand color makes buttons hard to find, and a very dark background makes body text hard to read. If your exact brand hex doesn't work as a button color, use it as the accent and pick a stronger shade for the brand color.
Reputation
The Reputation tab holds the trust signals — the things that tell a stranger you're worth booking.
Reviews
A star rating badge near the top of the page. The rating and review count come from your company settings, so they stay consistent everywhere; the switch here only controls whether this page shows the badge.
To set the values, go to Setup > Company and fill in the Reviews rating and count on the General tab. If you haven't set a rating, there's nothing for the badge to show.
Turn the badge off on pages where it's beside the point — an internal maintenance page you text to existing customers doesn't need to sell them on your reputation.
Certifications and Accreditations
Badges that demonstrate qualifications, memberships, and manufacturer partnerships — a licensing body, a trade association, a "certified installer" mark. Add the ones that matter to the audience for this page.
Unlike the review rating, these belong to the page, not the company. A commercial page can carry your commercial credentials while a residential page carries a different set.
Tip: Three or four strong badges beat a wall of logos. Pick the ones your customers would actually recognize.
Where branding shows up
| Location | What's branded |
|---|---|
| Booking page | Logo, background, button and link colors, review and certification badges |
| Guided request flow | Logo and colors as customers answer the appointment type's questions |
| Time slot picker | Selected date and time highlighting |
| Confirmation page | Logo and color scheme on the customer's post-booking page |
| Embedded button and inline embed | The popup and inline page carry the page's own branding |
A page's own branding follows the customer all the way through — so a campaign page with its own look stays consistent from the first click to the confirmation.
