Branding: Logo and Colors

Your brand is how customers recognize and trust your business. Driive lets you customize your booking experience with your own logo and brand color so every touchpoint looks like it comes from you — not a generic scheduling tool.

Company branding is the default, not the only setting. Every booking page inherits what you set here and can override it where a page needs its own look. Set it once at the company level and most businesses never need to touch it again.

Where to configure branding

Navigate to Setup > Company in the sidebar and stay on the General tab. Your logo, brand color, and review rating all live there alongside your company profile.

Your logo appears on your booking pages, in the header of email notifications, and on the booking overlay opened by the website widget.

How to upload

  1. Go to Setup > Company.
  2. Click the logo upload area or drag and drop your image file.
  3. Your logo preview updates immediately.
  4. Click Save changes to apply.

Logo guidelines

  • File formats: PNG, JPG, or SVG.
  • Recommended size: At least 200px wide. Driive resizes it proportionally.
  • Transparent backgrounds work best. A PNG with a transparent background adapts cleanly to both light and dark surfaces.
  • Keep it simple. Logos with fine detail or very small text may not render well at smaller sizes on mobile devices.

Setting your brand color

Your Brand Color is the primary color across your customer-facing pages:

  • Buttons on your booking pages ("Book Now," "Continue")
  • Header accents on email notifications
  • The "Book Now" button on the website widget
  • Links and active states on confirmation pages

How to set it

  1. Go to Setup > Company.
  2. Click the color swatch next to Brand Color.
  3. Use the picker or type a hex code (e.g., #2eba79).
  4. Click Save changes.

Tip: Use the same color as your website or logo. Most businesses already have one — check your website header or business card for the hex code. If you're not sure, a tool like ImageColorPicker.com can extract colors from your logo.

Accent color and page background aren't company-level settings — they're per booking page, on the page's Design tab. That's deliberate: they're presentation choices that often differ between a general page and a campaign page, while your logo and brand color are your identity and should stay consistent.

Reviews

Right below the branding fields, Reviews holds your star rating and review count. These feed the rating badge that appears near the top of a booking page — an aggregate figure you enter yourself, so it can cover every platform and location rather than a single listing.

  1. Go to Setup > Company.
  2. Enter your Star rating (1.0–5.0, one decimal) and your Review count.
  3. A live preview of the badge appears next to the fields.
  4. Click Save changes.

The values live here so they stay consistent everywhere. Whether a given page shows the badge is a per-page switch on that page's Reputation tab — see Branding Your Booking Page.

Leave the rating empty and no badge appears anywhere.

Where your branding appears

SurfaceWhat shows
Booking pagesLogo in the header, brand color on buttons and form elements, review badge near the top
Guided request flowLogo and colors as customers answer questions and pick a time
Email notificationsLogo in the email header, brand color on call-to-action buttons and links
Website widgetBrand color on the "Book Now" button, and the page's branding inside the overlay
Confirmation pagesLogo and brand color on the page customers see after booking

Anywhere a booking page has overridden a value, the page's own version wins on that page's surfaces.

Preview your branding

  • Booking pages: Open a published booking page under Setup > Booking Pages and click Preview — it opens in a side panel without creating anything real.
  • Emails: Preview email templates with your branding applied under Notifications.

Best practices

  • High contrast matters. Make sure your brand color has enough contrast against white text. Dark greens, blues, and reds work well; very light colors make button text hard to read.
  • Test on mobile. Most customers book from their phones. Check that your logo and colors look good on a small screen.
  • Stay consistent at the company level, vary at the page level. Keep your logo and brand color steady, and use per-page overrides for campaigns and sub-brands.
  • Update after a rebrand. Refresh the company settings and every page that inherits them follows automatically.
