Voice AI Agent
Not every customer wants to book online. Some prefer to pick up the phone, especially for urgent repairs or when they have questions before committing. Driive's Voice AI Agent answers those calls for you — day or night — and turns them into requests in the same Inbox as your online bookings. No double-entry, no sticky notes, no missed calls at 9 PM.
Note: The Voice AI Agent is currently in beta. You can watch a demo and request access from its channel page.
Why offer voice scheduling
- Reach more customers. Older homeowners, emergency callers, and people who want to talk through their project before booking all prefer the phone. Giving them a path to schedule means fewer lost leads.
- Answer every call, around the clock. The AI agent picks up when your office is closed, when your team is on a roof, and when three calls come in at once.
- One unified Inbox. Whether a customer books online or over the phone, the request lands in your Inbox. Your team sees everything in one place.
- Capture details consistently. The agent collects the same information as your online forms — name, contact info, service type, address — so nothing falls through the cracks.
How voice scheduling works
When a customer calls your voice-enabled number:
- The AI agent answers and talks with the caller. It asks what the customer needs, gathers their contact details and address, and answers questions about your services.
- Driive creates a request. The conversation becomes a request in your Inbox, with the call captured as a session — transcript and recording included — so your team can review exactly what was said.
- Qualified callers get scheduled. When everything checks out, the request moves on to scheduling just like any other booking.
- Anything that needs a human is flagged. If the call drops or the agent can't finish gathering details, the request stays in your Inbox with an issue chip so your team can follow up.

Tips
- Mention your phone number everywhere. Add it to your website, Google Business Profile, business cards, truck decals, and email signatures. The easier it is to find, the more bookings you'll get from it.
- Keep your availability up to date. Voice bookings use the same availability as your online booking page. If your team's hours change, update them in Availability and Service Area so callers are offered accurate times.
- Review voice requests regularly. Phone requests land in your Inbox with a phone channel indicator, and each one includes the call transcript and recording under its Sessions. Check them alongside your online bookings to keep your schedule complete.
