Calendar Views
Driive offers four calendar views so you can see your schedule at the level of detail that makes sense right now. Switch between them anytime using the view toggle in the top-right corner of the calendar page.
Month view
Month view gives you the big picture. Each day shows a summary of scheduled appointments, making it easy to spot busy days, light days, and gaps in your schedule.
Best for:
Planning capacity weeks in advance
Identifying slow periods where you could take on more jobs
Getting a quick sense of how loaded your upcoming month looks
Each day cell shows a count or abbreviated list of appointments. Click any day to drill down into the Day view for full details.
Week view
Week view is the default and the most commonly used view. It shows a seven-day grid with hourly time slots, giving you a detailed look at what's coming up without overwhelming you with a full month of data.
Best for:
Day-to-day scheduling and dispatching
Reviewing the upcoming week during your Monday morning planning
Spotting back-to-back appointments that might need buffer time
Appointments appear as colored blocks on the time grid. The block height corresponds to the appointment duration, so a two-hour job is visually twice the size of a one-hour job.
Day view
Day view zooms in to a single day with the most granular time grid. Every appointment and external event is shown in full detail, including titles, assigned team members, and time ranges.
Best for:
Managing today's schedule in real time
Reviewing a single day's workload before dispatching your team
Checking for conflicts or gaps on a specific date
Schedule view
Schedule view is unique to Driive. Instead of organizing by time on one shared grid, it places each team member in their own column, side-by-side. This makes it easy to compare workloads and see at a glance who's free and who's stacked.
Best for:
Dispatching — see which technician has an opening for an incoming job
Comparing workloads across your crew
Managing multiple teams or crews simultaneously

Switching between views
To change your calendar view:
Look for the view toggle in the top-right area of the calendar page.
Click Month, Week, Day, or Schedule.
The calendar updates immediately. Your selected date range is preserved as closely as possible — for example, switching from Week to Day view keeps you on the same day you were viewing.
Your view preference is remembered, so the next time you open the calendar, it opens in the last view you used.
