Creating your account

Setting up your Driive account takes about two minutes. Once you're in, the onboarding wizard will walk you through configuring your business — but first, let's get you signed up.

Sign up for a new account

  1. Go to the Driive sign-up page. Visit https://app.getdriive.com/sign-up.

  2. Choose how you want to sign up. Driive offers three ways to create your account:

    • Continue with Google — Sign up using your Google account. One click and you're in.

    • Continue with Microsoft — Sign up using your Microsoft account.

    • Magic link — Enter your first name, last name, and email address and Driive sends you a one-time sign-in link. No password needed.

  3. Complete sign-in. If you chose Google or Microsoft, authorize Driive when prompted. If you chose the magic link option, check your inbox and click the link to continue.

  4. You're in. After authenticating, you'll land directly in the onboarding wizard to set up your business.

Tip: Driive does not use passwords. Every time you sign in, you'll use Google, Microsoft, or a magic link sent to your email.

Sign in to an existing account

Already have an account? Here's how to get back in:

  1. Go to app.getdriive.com.

  2. Click Sign In.

  3. Choose Google, Microsoft, or Magic Link — the same method you used to sign up.

  4. You'll be taken to your dashboard.

Magic link not arriving?

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.

  2. Make sure you're entering the same email address you signed up with.

  3. Request a new magic link — previous links expire after a short time.

Joining an existing organization

If someone on your team has already set up a Driive account for your business, they can invite you directly. Here's what that looks like:

  1. You'll receive an email invitation from your team admin.

  2. Click the link in the email.

  3. Sign in with Google, Microsoft, or a magic link. If you don't have an account yet, one will be created for you automatically.

You can belong to multiple organizations in Driive — handy if you manage more than one business or work across companies.

What happens next

After signing up and verifying your email, Driive drops you into the onboarding wizard. This is where you'll set up your business profile, define your service area, configure your hours, and create your first booking page.
