Dashboard Overview

After completing onboarding, the Driive dashboard is your home base. This is where you manage appointments, configure your appointment types, and keep your team organized. This article walks through every section of the interface so you know where to find things.

The left sidebar is your main navigation. It's organized into logical groups that match how you run your business.

Quick-book button

The Quick Book button sits at the top of the dashboard and lets you create an appointment manually — no booking form required. This is useful when a customer calls in and you want to get them on the schedule immediately.

Click it, fill in the customer's details, select an appointment type, choose a date and time, and assign a team member. The appointment appears on your kanban board and calendar right away.

Organization switcher

If you manage more than one business (or belong to multiple Driive organizations), the organization switcher in the lower-left corner of the sidebar lets you jump between them.

How to use it:

  1. Click the organization name in the sidebar.

  2. A dropdown appears listing all organizations you belong to.

  3. Select the one you want to switch to.

Each organization has its own appointments, team members, settings, and billing — they're completely independent.

Profile settings

Click your avatar or name in the lower-left corner of the sidebar to access your personal settings.

From here you can:

  • Update your name and profile photo

  • Change your email address

  • Set your personal notification preferences

These settings are tied to your user account, not your organization. Changes you make here apply across all organizations you belong to.

What to explore first

Now that you know your way around, here are some recommended next steps:

  1. Create an appointment type if you didn't during onboarding, or add more services.

  2. Invite your team so they can start managing their own schedules.

  3. Connect your calendar to prevent double-booking.

  4. Share your booking link so customers can start booking online.
