Company Information
Your company information tells Driive — and your customers — who you are. These details appear on your booking pages, email notifications, and confirmation screens, so keeping them accurate helps you look professional and makes it easy for customers to reach you.
Where to find company information
Navigate to Setup > Company > General in the sidebar. You'll see a form with all your company details, organized into clear sections.
What you can update
Company name
This is the business name your customers see. It appears on your booking pages, email notifications, and the website widget. Use the name your customers know — if your legal name is "Johnson & Sons Mechanical LLC" but everyone calls you "Johnson HVAC," use the name customers recognize.
Phone number
Your primary business phone number. Customers see this on booking confirmation pages and in email notifications, giving them a way to reach you directly if they need to reschedule or have questions.
Email address
The contact email for your business. This is used as the reply-to address on email notifications sent to customers, so make sure it's a monitored inbox.
Website URL
Your business website. Driive links to it from your booking pages so customers can learn more about your services. If you don't have a website, you can leave this blank.
Address
Your business address, including:
Street address
City
State / Province
ZIP / Postal code
Country
Your address helps Driive set a default timezone for your organization and appears on your booking page if you choose to display it. For home-service businesses that operate from a home office, you can use your office address or leave this as your general service area.
Industry
Select the industry that best matches your business. Driive uses this to tailor onboarding suggestions and default settings. Available industries include:
Roofing
HVAC
Plumbing
Electrical
Landscaping and lawn care
Pest control
Cleaning
Painting
General contractor
Garage doors
Solar installation
Pool and spa services
Other
If your business spans multiple industries, choose the one that represents the majority of your work. You can always change it later.
Company size
Select the size range that fits your team. This helps Driive recommend the right plan features and default configurations:
1 — Solo operator
2-5 — Small crew
6-15 — Growing team
16-50 — Mid-size operation
51+ — Large company
Timezone
Your organization's default timezone. This controls how appointment times are displayed in your dashboard, when availability slots appear to customers, and when email and SMS notifications are sent. See Timezone Settings for a deeper dive.
How to save changes
After updating any fields, click Save at the bottom of the form. Changes take effect immediately across your booking pages and notifications.
Tips
Keep your phone and email current. Customers rely on these to contact you about existing appointments. An outdated phone number or unmonitored email can mean missed business.
Match your branding. Use the same company name here that you use on your website, business cards, and trucks. Consistency builds trust.
Review after a move or rebrand. If you relocate, change your business name, or update your phone number, come back here first.
