Appointments Overview
The Appointments page is where you manage every job from the moment a customer reaches out to the moment the work is done. Think of it as your team's daily game plan — you can see what needs attention right now, what's coming up, and what's already been completed.
Finding the appointments page
Open Driive and log in.
In the sidebar, go to Manage > Scheduling.
Click Appointments.
You will land on either the kanban board or list view, depending on which you used last. Driive remembers your preference.
Two ways to view your appointments
Driive gives you two view modes so you can work the way that fits your style:
Kanban board
A visual pipeline with five lanes representing the key stages of your workflow. Drag and drop appointment cards between lanes to update their status instantly.
Best for: Getting a quick read on where every job stands at a glance.

List view
A sortable table with columns for customer name, appointment type, status, scheduled date, and assigned team member. Click column headers to sort, and use inline actions to take quick action without opening the full detail view.
Best for: Scanning a large number of appointments, sorting by date, or working through a backlog.

You can switch between views at any time using the view toggle in the top-right corner of the appointments page.
How appointments flow through Driive
Every appointment follows a lifecycle from creation to completion. Here is the typical path:
Requested -- A customer submits a booking form on your website. The appointment appears in your Requests lane, waiting for your team to review it.
Needs Scheduled -- If the customer does not select a time, the appointment moves here. Your team can schedule it manually or resend the booking link.
Scheduled -- A date and time are confirmed. The appointment appears on your calendar.
In Progress -- The appointment is underway. This status is set automatically when the scheduled start time arrives.
Completed -- The service is delivered. You can mark an appointment complete manually, or Driive auto-completes past appointments.
Appointments can also be Cancelled (by your team or the customer) or Rejected (your team declines the request).

Where appointments come from
Appointments enter Driive from several sources:
Website -- Customers book through your embedded booking page or a shared booking link.
Manual -- Your team creates appointments using the quick-book button.
Phone / SMS / Email -- When a customer calls, texts, or emails, your team can create an appointment on their behalf.
Chat / Social Media -- Appointments captured through messaging channels.
App -- Appointments created by integrated apps and third-party tools.
The source is tracked on every appointment so you can understand where your leads are coming from.
