List View

The list view presents your appointments in a clean, sortable table. It is ideal when you need to scan a large number of appointments quickly, sort by a specific column, or work through a backlog methodically.

Switching to list view

Click the view toggle in the top-right corner of the appointments page and select the list icon. Driive remembers your choice, so you will land on the list view next time you visit the page.

Table columns

The list view displays the following columns for each appointment:

Column

What it shows

Customer

Customer name, avatar, and contact info (email, phone). Click the row to open the appointment detail.

Appointment Type

The service name and icon (e.g., "Roof Inspection").

Status

A color-coded badge showing the current status (Requested, Scheduled, Completed, etc.).

Scheduled Date

The date and time of the appointment. Displays "Today" or "Tomorrow" for upcoming appointments for quick reference.

Location

The customer's service address city, if available.

Assigned

Avatars of the team members assigned to the job.

Sorting

Click any column header to sort the table by that column. Click the same header again to reverse the sort order. A small arrow icon indicates the active sort column and direction.

Common sorting strategies:

  • Sort by scheduled date to see what is coming up next.

  • Sort by status to group all requests, scheduled appointments, and completed jobs together.

  • Sort by customer name to quickly find a specific person.

Inline actions

Each row includes a three-dot menu (...) on the right side with quick actions based on the appointment's current status:

  • Requested — Approve & Schedule, Deny Request, Delete.

  • Needs Scheduled — Send Booking Link, Delete.

  • Scheduled — Mark Complete, Reschedule, Cancel Appointment.

  • In Progress — Mark Complete, Cancel Appointment.

  • Completed / Cancelled / Rejected — View Details.

Click the row itself to open the full appointment detail page.
